In traditional Peruvian culture, Maca is believed to be an aphrodisiac. Red Maca is the second rarest of all varieties of Maca, making up about 25% of the annual harvest. Dragon Superfoods Red Maca Powder has a more gentle and mild taste, and it could be described as similar to a subtle caramel.
