Recommended use: Place 2 cups of water in a pan and bring to a boil. Stir in 1 cup millet, cover, and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. If you want to make porridge use 3 cups of water and wait for the millet to become creamy. You can add millet to salads, desserts or use it as a side dish with some vegetables.
