Red Lentils are one of the lentil varieties. They contain all of the beneficial nutrients, but ate cooked more quickly and is mostly preferred for blended soups, dips and purees. Recommended use: Red lentils are with delicate taste and easy can be seasoned with different spices. You can prepare great red lentil salad or use it as a base for delicious vegetarian burgers. It does not need to be soaked in water in advance, usually takes about 20 minutes of cooking time.
