Happy Gut Mix, Bio, 200g, Dragon Superfoods

The health of our entire body is strongly influenced by the normal function of the intestinal tract. However, stress, poor diet, and alcohol damage it daily. The Dragon Superfoods Happy Gut Mix is designed to support a balanced microbiome. Its delicate flavor comes from a recipe that combines:

• Jerusalem artichoke with a high content of inulin, which contributes to colon health as a prebiotic. It promotes the growth of bifidobacteria while limiting the development of potentially pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria.
• Carrot powder, rich in insoluble fiber, which helps food pass more quickly through the intestines and balances the pH of intestinal flora.
• Gluten-free oat flour, containing beta-glucan, believed to benefit glucose metabolism after meals and reduce blood cholesterol levels.
• Psyllium husk, rich in soluble fiber that absorbs water from digesting food, forming a gel-like mass in the intestines. This helps maintain a feeling of fullness.
• Apple powder, high in pectin, which also serves as a prebiotic and a food source for beneficial gut bacteria. It facilitates food transit and colon emptying.

Recommended intake:

2 tablespoons (~9g fiber) per day, added to 100–200 ml of water, a smoothie, or breakfast.

This mix is an excellent addition to your daily menu, but to fully experience its benefits, it should be combined with a well-balanced diet. The necessary fiber intake for optimal intestinal function ranges from 30g to 40g per day, depending on body weight.
