Our French sea salt is from the island of Ile de Re, which is awarded annually for the cleanliness of its shores. Salt is separated by natural drying of seawater in lakes with clay bottoms. This way it remains rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and iodine. This salt has a high moisture content, a typical grey colour and a mild taste.
Recommended use: In any dish where you add salt usually.
