Date syrup is a natural sweetener made from 100% organic dates. It has a richly sweet taste and a pleasant fruity aroma. It is known as one of the most used and beneficial natural alternatives to white sugar.

One to two spoons of the syrup provide a person’s daily needs for magnesium, copper, and sulfur, half of the iron needs, and a quarter of the calcium needs. Please, do not neglect the fructose content in it.
