The Bulgur is prepared from scalded, dried, and crushed wheat. It is popular in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Its taste is delicate and unobtrusive. It’s also a good source of fiber, protein, iron and vitamin B-6.
It can be consumed scalded in hot water for several hours, boiled, or baked. Used as a base for salads, vegetable dishes, and desserts.
