Currently we are looking for Head of Quality Department – organic food production.

What will be your role as a Head of Quality?

  • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure customer expectations and develop effective quality control processes;
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors;
  • Oversee, motivate, mentor and evaluate Quality Department’s employees performance.
  • Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements;
  • Monitor activities to ensure  that food products are safe and of a high quality before releasing them to the market;
  • Gather, analyze and manage quality related data;
  • Qversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation techniques and packaging solutions;
  • Provide significant information to the production team about what the final food products should be like;
  • be responsible for external and  internal quality audit processes.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of related experience in Quality (preferably in FMCG industry);
  • 5+ years quality management experience;
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO, IFS;
  • Customer-based focus;
  • Problem-solving skills customer-based focus;
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry or food industry management;
  • Proficiency in English.

On this exciting role, you will:

  • Assist the CEO with business development projects;
  • Manage the CEO’s diary including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, etc;
  • Serve as a coordinator between CEO and the team members;
  • Prepare draft correspondence, presentations and communication for the CEO where required.

Производството ни се развива, откриваме нови линии и продуктови категории, разширяваме присъствието си на пазара. В тази връзка ни предстои изграждането на нова производствена база в Божурище (сглобяема стоманобетонна конструкция) и си търсим отговорен и мотивиран човек, който да бъде

Технически ръководител на обекта (от процеса на проектиране до завършване на базата). 

Какви ще са основните задачи на техническия ръководител? 

  • Активно участие в предподготвителния етап и планиране;
  • Управление и непосредствен контрол на всички строителни и монтажни дейности на обекта;
  • Отговорност за извършване на строителството с високо качество;
  • Координиране на работата на всички подизпълнители и доставчици спрямо подписаните договорни отношения;
  • Проследяване за спазването на зададени срокове;
  • Управление на разходите: осигуряване на информация за финансовия статус на проекта, проследяване на актуалните разходи спрямо заложените, проверяване на съответствието на издадените фактури спрямо подписаните договори;
  • Изготвяне на ежеседмичен отчет за извършените работи;
  • Осъществяване на мониторинг  на влаганите материали;
  • Докладване за прогреса на строителното изпълнение.

Какво се изисква, за да сте успешен в тази роля?

  • Завършено образование в областта на строителството;
  • 3+ години практически опит в ръководене на строителни обекти;
  • Компютърни умения – MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD;
  • Познаване и прилагане на нормативната уредба по ЗБУТ.
