Currently we are looking for Head of Quality Department – organic food production.

What will be your role as a Head of Quality?

  • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure customer expectations and develop effective quality control processes;
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors;
  • Oversee, motivate, mentor and evaluate Quality Department’s employees performance.
  • Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements;
  • Monitor activities to ensure  that food products are safe and of a high quality before releasing them to the market;
  • Gather, analyze and manage quality related data;
  • Qversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation techniques and packaging solutions;
  • Provide significant information to the production team about what the final food products should be like;
  • be responsible for external and  internal quality audit processes.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of related experience in Quality (preferably in FMCG industry);
  • 5+ years quality management experience;
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO, IFS;
  • Customer-based focus;
  • Problem-solving skills customer-based focus;
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry or food industry management;
  • Proficiency in English.

Currently we are looking for a Sales expert – wholesale trade for our Procurement team.

As a Sales expert you will be:

  • Communicating with international customers via calls and e-mails and maintain positive working relationships;
  • Assisting in the preparation of logistic and quality documents needed for export;
  • Updating client information in our database;
  • Working with our ERP system;
  • Communicating with other departments such as Quality, Production and Warehouse.

This opportunity is ideal if you have:

  • Very good level of English /spoken and written/;
  • Very good computer skills;
  • Positive and optimistic approach with a passion for healthy living;
  • Experience in sales or the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage;

  • Expand our  sales network in the european market – approach clients, attend meetings, negotiate and close deals;
  • Maintain and improve the relationships with our current key accounts;

  • Manage customer orders /process orders in our ERP system, follow up deliveries, update clients on delivery status/;
  • Update client information in our database;
  • Assist in the preparation of logistic and quality documents if needed for export;
  • Communicate with other departments such as quality, production and warehouse.

This opportunity is ideal for you if you have:

  • Order management experience or other admin experience in the food sector /an advantage/;
  • Very good level of English /spoken and written/, German will be an advantage;
  • Very good level in SMS Office;

  • Excellent communication skills with customer-oriented mentality;

  • Master at time management and prioritization;
