Currently we are looking for Head of Quality Department – organic food production.

What will be your role as a Head of Quality?

  • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure customer expectations and develop effective quality control processes;
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors;
  • Oversee, motivate, mentor and evaluate Quality Department’s employees performance.
  • Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements;
  • Monitor activities to ensure  that food products are safe and of a high quality before releasing them to the market;
  • Gather, analyze and manage quality related data;
  • Qversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation techniques and packaging solutions;
  • Provide significant information to the production team about what the final food products should be like;
  • be responsible for external and  internal quality audit processes.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of related experience in Quality (preferably in FMCG industry);
  • 5+ years quality management experience;
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO, IFS;
  • Customer-based focus;
  • Problem-solving skills customer-based focus;
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry or food industry management;
  • Proficiency in English.

What will be the role?

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager with a successful track record to drive e-commerce revenue, user acquisition, user retention and brand awareness.

As a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Manager  you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns;
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC;
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels;
  • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics;
  • Work closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results;
  • Use a data-driven approach to find campaign insights to optimize and scale activities;
  • Oversee design and development of the website;
  • Create comprehensive reporting on monthly basis and suggest improvements;
  • Constantly research and implement best practices for e-commerce;
  • Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan;
  • Monitor web analytics and internal data and own weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPIs;
  • Analyze conversion metrics and make recommendations to improve CR;
  • Create experiments with Google Optimize to increase CR;
  • Develop SEO, PPC and other e-commerce related marketing plans and tactical initiatives;
  • Execute campaigns across all media that drive a positive ROI;
  • Manage all PPC, shopping, display, paid social, retargeting, and digital partnerships;
  • Develop a promotional calendar to increase conversion whilst maintaining profitability;
  • Create on-site Cross & Upsell Activations;
  • Enhance website user experience;
  • Own CRM and Marketing Automation Systems – Hubspot & Active Campaign;
  • Develop and optimize Buyer Journeys through Marketing Automations using Email, SMS, site messages and other tools;
  • Build converting LPs using Site builder, Woocommerce, ActiveCampaign & Hubspot.

Key Requirements:

  • A positive mindset – seeing inefficiencies and challenges as possibilities for greatness;
  • Proven experience as an e-commerce manager, performance marketing or similar;
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce;
  • Ability to tackle the demands of ever-evolving technological implements with ease;
  • Understanding the balance between functionality and aesthetics;
  • Problem-solving attitude;
  • A self-starter who can launch new initiatives and act autonomously;
  • Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels;
  • Highly organized, good time management and ability to meet deadlines;
  • A highly commercial outlook with a focus on ROI;
  • A strong understanding of web analytics, A/B testing statistics, and digital marketing up-funnel metrics;
  • Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources;
  • Experience working with GA Universal, GA4, Google Optimize, Google Merchant, Data Studio & Tag Manager;
  • Good understanding of performance marketing ads and e-commerce sales funnels – tactics for optimization, reporting, etc.

Currently we are looking for Performance Marketing Specialist.

What will be the role?

As a Performance Marketing Specialist you will help grow our Germany & Romania E-commerce Business. The ideal person for this role has a very clear paid social background and knows how to stay ahead of industry trends. They will lead the planning, implementation, optimization and reporting of performance ads (FB ads & Google Ads) to help drive traffic and maximize ROI across Paid Social & Search channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creating and optimizing strong performance marketing funnels for international e-commerce food stores;
  • End to end management of performance marketing activity across Paid Social & Search channels (FB Performance ads & Google Ads);
  • Setting up paid social & search campaigns by conducting target audience research & writing relevant ads, whilst ensuring effective campaign and ad structure;
  • Researching & creating targeted ads and write compelling ad text;
  • Managing & optimizing campaigns using a combination of bid and budget management, audience targeting, structural and ad optimization;
  • Providing analysis and making recommendations to improve ad performance and ROAS;
  • Constantly optimizing e-commerce advertising to improve ROAS;
  • Ensuring budget is spent across performance channels efficiently;
  • Driving revenue, achieving targeted ROI and maintain positive KPI trends;
  • Working with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned;

Key requirements or what you’ll need to succeed?

  • You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field;
  • You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective e-commerce sales funnels, driving sales and maintaining high ROAS;
  • You can work independently and proactively;
  • 3+ years of experience working with e-commerce sales funnels;
  • 3+ years experience in Digital Advertising – Facebook Performance Ads & Google Ads;
  • Familiarity with performance KPI’s: CPA, CPC, CPM, Attribution and LTV;
  • Experience with European e-commerce stores – Germany & Romania Food E-commerce are a plus;
  • Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics;
  • Experience with HubSpot/ Active Campaign is a plus;
  • Fluent in English; German & Romanian are a plus.
