Currently we are looking for a sales star, a bright negotiator with a friendly approach, someone who will take a good care of our clients in the Romanian region.

As a Key Account Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and know the market, analyze developments and foresee future trends;
  • Expand our modern trade sales network in the Romanian market – approach clients, attend meetings, negotiate and close deals, expand active range of products;
  • Maintain and improve the relationships with our current key accounts, manage contract negotiations and signing, orders and delivery, financial, etc.;
  • Develop excellent relations with the trade partners at all levels including the individual points of sale achieving ever improving presentation of Smart Organic products in the partners’ stores and high brand awareness;
  • Deliver effective presentations of our brands and products;
  • Participate in international organic trade shows;
  • Prepare various reports, pipelines and forecasts.

If you have…

  • 2 years of key account management experience in Romania /ideally in the food sector/;
  • University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or other appropriate major;
  • Fluency in English and Romanian language (both speaking and writing);
  • Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Passion for healthy food.

And…

  • Excellent negotiating skills;
  • Very good analytical skills and ability to think strategically;
  • Positive and optimistic approach.

Currently we are looking for a Sales Representative located in Romania.

Your main responsibility as a Sales Representative at Smart Organic will be to bring together our healthy products and our customers by widening our client portfolio in Romania.

What will your responsibilities be as a Sales Representative?

You will:

  • Promote our products at retail locations in the region;
  • Create and develop beneficial partnerships with clients;
  • Know well and present Smart Organic’s products;
  • Implement promotional and marketing activities;
  • Create sales reports;
  • Follow the development of other brands;
  • Track and analyze market trends and report back to your manager.

If you have:

  • Sales experience – at least 1 year;
  • Sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is an advantage;
  • Excellent computer skills (office package, ERP);
  • Valid driving license.

Currently we are looking for Head of Quality Department – organic food production.

What will be your role as a Head of Quality?

  • Develop departmental strategy and vision to ensure customer expectations and develop effective quality control processes;
  • Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors;
  • Oversee, motivate, mentor and evaluate Quality Department’s employees performance.
  • Implement training and awareness programs to ensure employees are up-to-date with quality systems and requirements;
  • Monitor activities to ensure  that food products are safe and of a high quality before releasing them to the market;
  • Gather, analyze and manage quality related data;
  • Qversee research projects to improve the taste, preservation techniques and packaging solutions;
  • Provide significant information to the production team about what the final food products should be like;
  • be responsible for external and  internal quality audit processes.

What you’ll need to succeed?

  • 7+ years of related experience in Quality (preferably in FMCG industry);
  • 5+ years quality management experience;
  • Experience with HACCP, ISO, IFS;
  • Customer-based focus;
  • Problem-solving skills customer-based focus;
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written;
  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a food-related discipline, such as food science, microbiology, chemistry or food industry management;
  • Proficiency in English.

Currently we are looking for someone who is willing to take the opportunity do develop a new business segment from scratch, and to work in close cooperation with senior management and investors.

As a Sales & Operations Project Manager you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales plan and strategy for a new product on the market;
  • Develop and execute a marketing plan;
  • Determine and define the project scope and objectives;
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements;
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget;
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan;
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress;
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables;
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution;
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed;
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field, MBA degree is a plus;
  • Excellent academic achievements at a top university;
  • 2+ years of Project Management and/or sales and/or operations related experience;
  • Excellent English and/or German language skills, ability to negotiate sales and suppliers contracts.

  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively;
  • Familiarity with Project Management software tools, methodologies, and best practices;
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful approach;
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget, and timeline;
  • Self-starter, strong proactive mindset;
  • Experience in startups and/or developing new projects from scratch.
